British Pound Passes $2 Mark

The U.K. pound topped $2 for the first time since 1992. Meanwhile, the dollar extended its losses against the yen after U.S. inflation data showed core prices, which exclude food and energy costs, rose less than expected last month.


Ouch! This doesn't help at all.
